These terms govern your use of Semantikal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Semantikal provides tools to build a merchandising taxonomy, tag your product catalogue, and generate product descriptions. It is provided by Semantikal (“we”, “us”). We may improve or change features over time.
You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including anyone you invite as a team member. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
You own your catalogue data and the taxonomies you create. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you (including sending relevant product text to our AI subprocessors to produce results). We do not sell your data or use it to train shared models. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Semantikal offers a free tier with usage limits and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Where a plan requires you to bring your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider’s charges.
Taxonomy suggestions, tags and generated descriptions are produced with automated and AI methods and are provided for your review. They may contain errors and are not professional, legal or commercial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before you rely on or publish it.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or non-payment.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will delete or return your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
